Once your order is confirmed, it will be shipped from our Hong Kong warehouse within 1-5 business days. However, during sales and the New Year holidays, processing may take up to 5 business days . Please note that we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by bad weather. Once your order has been shipped, we will automatically send you an email with a tracking number .
